1. Information We Collect

FluxSales collects the following categories of data from your Shopify store to provide our shipping and invoicing automation services:

• Store Information
  Store name, domain, email address, and configuration settings required to operate within your Shopify environment.
• Order Data
  Order details including order numbers, items, quantities, prices, shipping addresses, and order status. We access this through Shopify's read_orders and write_orders permissions.
• Customer Information
  Customer names, email addresses, phone numbers, and shipping addresses as provided in orders. Accessed via read_customers and write_customers permissions.
• Product Catalog
  Product information including names, SKUs, weights, and dimensions needed for shipping label generation. Accessed via read_products permission.
• Fulfillment & Inventory Data
  Fulfillment orders, inventory levels, and location data to manage shipments. Accessed via fulfillment, inventory, and location permissions.

2. How We Use Your Data

We use the collected information to:

• Generate shipping labels (AWBs) with your connected courier services
• Create and send invoices through your connected invoicing platforms
• Synchronize order status and tracking information back to Shopify
• Manage fulfillment workflows and update inventory
• Provide dashboard analytics and shipping performance metrics

We do NOT use your data for advertising, resell it to third parties, or access it beyond what's needed to provide our services.

3. Third-Party Data Sharing

We share data only with services you explicitly connect and authorize:

• Shopify
  As an embedded Shopify app, we operate within Shopify's platform and comply with their data protection requirements.
• Courier Services
  FAN Courier, Cargus, Sameday, GLS - We transmit shipping addresses, contact information, and package details to generate AWBs.
• Invoicing Platforms
  Oblio, SmartBill - We transmit customer data, order details, and company information (CUI) to generate invoices.

All third-party partners are contractually bound to confidentiality. We never sell your data.

4. Data Retention

• Order and customer data is retained while your FluxSales account is active to provide our services
• Data is deleted within 30 days of account termination or app uninstallation
• You can request immediate data deletion at any time by contacting us

5. Security Standards

We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your data:

• All data transmission uses TLS/SSL encryption
• GDPR compliant data handling and processing
• Role-based access controls and secure authentication
• Regular security audits and monitoring

6. Your Rights

Under GDPR and applicable data protection laws, you have the right to:

• Access your personal data we hold
• Request correction of inaccurate data
• Request deletion of your data
• Export your data in a portable format
• Opt-out of data processing at any time

7. Policy Updates

We may update this privacy policy periodically. Changes will be communicated via email or through the FluxSales dashboard. Continued use of our services after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
