FluxSales is a Shopify application that integrates Romanian courier and invoicing services.

3. Eligibility

• Must have an active Shopify store
• Must have valid accounts with connected third-party services

4. Your Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate credentials for third-party services
• Comply with courier and invoicing platform terms
• Ensure customer data accuracy

5. Our Responsibilities

• Maintain service availability
• Secure data transmission
• Provide support

6. Limitations

• We are not liable for third-party service outages
• We are not responsible for incorrect data entered by users
• Maximum liability limited to fees paid in last 12 months

7. Termination

• You may cancel anytime through Shopify
• We may terminate for terms violation

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by Romanian law.
